About “Shahnar”
Who are we?
“Shahnar” is one of the largest pomegranate growers in Azerbaijan. For more than ten years we have worked by the motto “Quality is what sets us apart”. Our products are specially made from high-quality pomegranate varieties grown to international standards and tended by highly qualified agronomists in pomegranate orchards planted on 60 hectares of land in the village of Karrar in the Kurdamir region of Azerbaijan.

“Narsharab”, a national culinary brand of Azerbaijani cuisine, is a sauce made from pomegranate juice, usually used as a seasoning for fish and meat dishes, especially kebabs. The qualities of the pomegranate fruit, including its high content of vitamin C, fruit acids and antioxidants, are fully reflected in “Narsharab”.

From the farm
From orchard to bottle
Production
Production process
Part of the pomegranates harvested from our orchard, which grows on fertile soil in an area with modern irrigation equipment, is sold as fruit on the domestic and foreign markets, and part is turned into various goods.
During production, juice without any additives is extracted and stored in aseptic tanks in line with the relevant international quality standards, under professional supervision. The various goods are then presented to customers in premium packaging with a distinctive taste.
