Our main products today are “Narsharab” sauce and pomegranate juice. We make them from ecologically clean, natural fruit by direct cold pressing, not from concentrate, with no added sugar and no preservatives.

Storage
Once the bottle is opened, our products can be kept for up to 3 days at 0–6 °C. Any sediment is natural and is not a defect. The packing date and the best-before date are marked on the cap.
Beneficial properties
Pomegranate juice is good for the digestive system. The tannins, pectin and folacin in the juice eliminate inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract, normalise and activate the stomach, and improve digestion and appetite. It supports the treatment of breast and prostate cancer, lowers blood pressure and so protects the cardiovascular system. It also helps with joint pain and prevents damage to cartilage.

“Narsharab” sauce
“Narsharab”, a national culinary brand of Azerbaijani cuisine, is a sauce made from pomegranate juice, usually used as a seasoning for fish and meat dishes, especially kebabs. The qualities of the pomegranate fruit, including its high content of vitamin C, fruit acids and antioxidants, are fully reflected in “Narsharab”.
